Role & responsibilities A Quality In charge is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement

- Arrange internal PPM in production floor with in-line QC, supervisor & floor in-charge.
- At the PPM time follow the PPM file & correct PPS.
- First output (5pcs) checked against tech-pack & PPS and preprayer the report.
- Implementing and sustain quality control processes.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and to monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures.
- Developing and implementing corrective & preventing action.
- Hourly In-line Qc report review and control line DHU.




- Identify critical operations style wise at the PPM time and take care during the production.
- Manpower utilization properly.
- Working with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the production process meet quality standards.
- Communication & coordination with all employees and ensuring that all are understand the importance of quality and how to maintain it.
- Complains and 5s check
- Ensuring Proper Usage of Eye guard, Needle Guard and avoid blockages of yellow lin

Preferred candidate profile Positive Communication - Oral/Written In depth knowledge of the textile and garment industry Accountability Integrity Learning & Development
