- Manage and monitor quality activities related to sand casting and foundry processes.

- Inspect raw materials, moulding sand, cores, molten metal and finished castings.

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings and quality standards.

- Monitor casting defects such as:

- Blow holes / Gas porosity

- Shrinkage

- Sand inclusion

- Misrun / Cold shut

- Crack / Hot tear

- Mismatch

- Casting dimensional defects

- Conduct visual, dimensional and process inspections of cast components.

- Analyze casting defects and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.

- Prepare and maintain NCR, CAPA, 8D, inspection reports and rejection analysis.

- Monitor and improve moulding, core-making, melting, pouring and fettling processes.

- Coordinate with Production, Foundry and Maintenance teams to reduce rejection and rework.





- Handle customer complaints and provide corrective action reports within defined timelines.

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and process documentation.

- Conduct in-process and final inspection as per control plans and inspection standards.

- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 / IATF / other applicable quality systems.

- Monitor quality KPIs including rejection %, rework %, customer complaints and process yield.

- Support internal audits, customer audits and continuous improvement activities.

- Train operators and production staff regarding quality requirements and casting defect prevention.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
