Role Description The Quality Engineer role at Supreme Universal is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee quality standards across projects, ensuring materials, construction processes, and final deliverables meet defined specifications and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting inspections and audits, monitoring product and process quality, and documenting findings and corrective actions. The role involves collaborating with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to resolve quality issues, prevent defects, and drive continuous improvement.

The Quality

Engineer will also support the implementation of quality management systems, prepare reports,



and contribute to training initiatives related to quality practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, including designing and maintaining quality systems and standards.
- Strong background in Quality Control, with experience in inspections, testing, audits, and documentation of results.
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance practices, including process validation, preventive measures, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Experience ensuring Product Quality throughout the lifecycle of construction or real estate projects, from material selection to final handover.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, or related discipline) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and quality certifications; exposure to ISO or similar frameworks is an advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using quality-related tools and software for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects within a metropolitan environment is a plus.
