Role & responsibilities

- The position will be responsible for system documentation, internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, risk management, compliance monitoring, management review, training, and ensuring effective implementation of QMS/IMS requirements across all departments

- Knowledge in Quality Management System and Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

Management and Communication Skills in an international Workplace Competencies in Lean Management, Continous Improvement Process

Preferred candidate profile

- QMS/IMS Documentation
- Maintain and control the QMS/IMS Manual, policies, procedures, work instructions, formats, and records.
- Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, issued, and revised as per document-control requirements.
- Maintain the Master List of Controlled Documents and Records.
- Ensure obsolete documents are identified and prevented from unintended use.
- Coordinate document changes with relevant process owners.

Maintain records related to QMS/IMS activities and ensure proper traceability.
- Prepare the annual Internal Audit Plan.




- Coordinate internal audits across departments and processes.
- Prepare audit schedules, checklists, and audit reports.
- Record audit findings, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate corrective actions with process owners.
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions and close audit findings.
- Maintain Internal Auditor competency and training records.
- Coordinate preparation for certification, surveillance, customer, and other external audits.
- Ensure required documents and records are readily available.
- Coordinate responses to auditor observations and nonconformities.
- Track audit findings until effective closure.
- Maintain audit reports and certification-related records.
- Coordinate Management Review Meeting activities
- Prepare MRM presentation/agenda.
- Maintain MRM minutes and action trackers.
- Monitor status of previous MRM actions.
- Coordinate QMS/IMS awareness training.
