Role Description The Quality Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Quality

Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across products and processes, performing inspections, and conducting root cause analysis for quality issues. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality plans, monitor compliance with internal and external standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Engineer will document quality metrics, prepare reports for leadership,



and contribute to audits and corrective actions. The position requires close engagement with production, engineering, and management to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and improve quality systems and processes.
- Strong experience in Quality Control, including inspections, testing, and monitoring to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Hands-on expertise in Quality Assurance, focusing on preventive measures, process audits, and compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of Product Quality practices, including validation, defect analysis, and continuous improvement of product performance.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, root cause analysis, CAPA) is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to ethical practices.
