1. Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product compliance.

2. Prepare, review, and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.

3. Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

4. Maintain accurate records for internal and external audit requirements.

5. Coordinate and support quality audits (ISO, IATF, customer audits, etc.).

6. Manage calibration schedules and records for measuring and testing equipment.

7. Investigate and report non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

8. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

9. Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone).

10. Generate quality reports, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
