Role Description The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality of services and internal processes at Nav Solution. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves designing and implementing quality standards, monitoring workflows, and conducting regular audits to ensure consistent service delivery.

The Quality

Engineer will analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive actions. The role includes documenting quality procedures, maintaining compliance with internal guidelines,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement robust quality frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Control activities, including inspections, audits, and process monitoring.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices to ensure services and processes meet defined standards and client expectations.
- Experience in managing Product Quality or service quality, including measuring performance and driving improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO-related) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in a services or consultancy workplace is beneficial, especially in process-oriented organizations.
