Role & responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process & final inspection.

- Check glass thickness, dimensions, appearance & defects.

- Monitor process parameters and quality standards.

- Perform sampling, testing & measurement.

- Maintain inspection reports, quality records & documentation.

- Handle NCR, CAPA & customer complaints.

- Conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Furnace & Maintenance teams.

- Monitor rejection, rework, wastage & yield.

- Support SPC, 5S, Kaizen & QMS activities.

- Ensure compliance with SOP, ISO & safety standards.

- Support calibration of testing/inspection instruments.

- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and MIS.

- Drive continuous improvement and defect reduction.
