Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform PLC testing and validation for Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and other control systems.

- Conduct I/O testing, logic verification, and control panel functional testing.

- Execute control panel power-on testing and ensure system performance meets specifications.

- Configure and test Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

- Validate industrial communication networks and protocols.

- Independently conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and prepare test reports.

- Generate and maintain Quality Control (QC) reports, inspection records, and documentation.

- Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA actions.

- Coordinate with production, engineering, suppliers, and stores teams to resolve quality issues.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.

- 2-8 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Control Panel Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance.

- Hands-on experience in Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC testing.

- Strong knowledge of I/O Testing, Logic Validation, and Control Panel Testing.

- Experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and preparation of test reports.

- Familiarity with VFD configuration and testing.

- Positive understanding of Industrial Communication Protocols and Networking.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC Standards, NCR Management, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.

- Ability to read and interpret Electrical Drawings and Control Schematics.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Willingness to work independently and handle customer inspections/FAT activities.
