We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer who is passionate about software quality and delivering exceptional user experiences. In this role, you'll work closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and other team members to ensure our web and mobile applications meet functional, usability, and quality expectations.

You'll contribute throughout the software development lifecycle by understanding requirements, creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and supporting the team in delivering reliable, high-quality releases.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in functional and regression testing.
- Experience with integration, system, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Basic experience in UAT and test scenario/test case preparation.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience testing responsive web applications across multiple browsers and environments.
- Basic understanding of mobile application testing across Android and iOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar defect/issue management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
- Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser Developer Tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to recent technologies, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand testing scope and requirements.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity,



and exploratory testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating business requirements, and assisting with issue resolution.
- Test responsive web applications across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.
- Perform basic mobile application testing across Android and iOS platforms.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools, including validating request/response data and basic API behavior.
- Execute basic database validation using SQL queries to verify data integrity and application behavior.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to investigate, communicate, and resolve defects.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain test execution reports and communicate testing progress, results, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying testing risks, coverage gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and defined quality standards.
- Maintain relevant test documentation, evidence, and defect records throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Stay updated on QA practices, testing tools, and emerging testing approaches, and apply relevant learnings to improve testing effectiveness.
