We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished plastic products. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections and testing, identifying quality issues, maintaining quality records, and ensuring that products meet defined specifications and customer requirements.
- Perform tests relevant to plastic products, such as:
- Dimensional inspection
- Weight measurement
- Thickness measurement
- Visual and appearance inspection
- Hardness testing
- Tensile/strength testing
- Impact testing
- Moisture/content checks, where applicable
- Color/shade verification
- Other product-specific tests
- Valuable knowledge of plastic materials and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and QC testing equipment.
