Role & responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of components and finished products.

- Check dimensions and quality of tools/components

- Use measuring instruments such as:

- Vernier Caliper

- Micrometer

- Height Gauge

- Gauges and other inspection instruments

- Identify defects, dimensional deviations, surface defects and other quality issues.

- Segregate rejected/non-conforming components and report them to the senior/Quality Engineer.

- Maintain daily inspection reports, rejection reports and quality records.

- Coordinate with the Production and Engineering departments for quality-related issues.

- Assist senior Quality Engineers in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.





- Check and maintain proper handling of measuring instruments and support calibration activities.

- Follow company quality procedures, safety rules, 5S and shop-floor discipline.

- Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.

- Basic knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.

- Positive observation and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of documentation.

- Good communication and teamwork.

- Willingness to learn and work on the manufacturing
