Role Description The Quality Control Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida. The role involves monitoring and inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Control

Officer will develop and implement quality control procedures, maintain detailed inspection records, and collaborate with production teams to address non-conformities and improve processes. Daily tasks include conducting laboratory tests where applicable, performing root cause analysis, and supporting quality audits.



The role also requires clear communication with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong culture of quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including familiarity with inspection procedures and standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to document findings and coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills for conducting tests, handling equipment, and recording accurate results where required.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or prefabricated building systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO or similar quality standards and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Ability to work systematically, pay strong attention to detail, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced workplace.
