JAP Engineering is looking for a Quality Control Engineer
Responsible for inspecting and approving plastic caps and closures produced during mould trials. The role involves checking dimensional accuracy, visual quality, functional performance, thread, fitment, sealing, torque and other customer-specific requirements. The candidate will study drawings and specifications, prepare inspection reports, identify deviations and coordinate with the Tool Room, Production and Engineering teams for corrections.
The engineer will conduct re-inspection after modifications and ensure the trial caps meet customer requirements before mould approval and dispatch.
Experience in injection moulding, plastic components or caps & closures will be preferred.
