Job overview: Sea6 Energy is looking for a Quality Control executive with the ability to conduct experiments related to analytical chemistry and microbiology.
Key responsibilities:
• Quality Control & Testing: Perform sampling and standard quality testing for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods according to technical specifications.
• Analytical Techniques & Benchwork: Conduct quantitative chemical and microbiological analyses, including UV-Vis spectrophotometry, titrations, pH/moisture testing,
protein/carbohydrate estimations, and basic microbiology.Maintain meticulous laboratory logs and interpret test results.
• External Testing Coordination: Manage sample coordination and reporting with external analytical facilities for advanced testing (e.g., ICP-OES).
• Compliance & Method Optimization: Support instrument calibration, equipment validation, assay review, and continuous QC process improvements.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biochemistry (or Equivalent).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with spectrophotometric and chromatographic instruments.
• R&D; Capability: Demonstrated ability to research, optimize, and execute novel experimental protocols for chemical analysis.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, research capability, and solid verbal and written communication skills.
