Role Description The Quality Control Inspector at CB TEAM is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The person in this role will conduct routine inspections of processes and outputs to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing documentation, checking work against quality benchmarks, identifying defects or inconsistencies, and recording findings in a transparent and organized manner.

The Quality Control

Inspector will collaborate with operations and management teams to communicate issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions.



The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, participating in internal audits, and helping maintain quality control procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection to evaluate processes, materials, and outputs against defined standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to help maintain systems, procedures, and documentation that support consistent quality.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly report findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support training or feedback discussions.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to follow structured procedures and checklists.
- Experience in a quality-focused role within operations, manufacturing, services, or related environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic quality tools (such as checklists, control plans, or root cause analysis methods) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to evolving quality standards and operational requirements.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is an advantage.
