- Well experienced in Quality Control procedures and implementation in Lab Testing. Should have well knowledge construction chemicals products Coordinate all activities required to direct and control manufacturing quality.

- Candidate will be involved in collection of samples from Production process and conducting tests on regular basis on various testing equipment’s and compiling of data and calculating variations if any.

- Knowledge of maintaining Quality standards as per ISO / BIS / ASTM / EN Norms.

- Need to coordinate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, technical service to issue test certificates & maintain satisfaction reports for our products.

- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.

- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance. Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.

- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements,



and approving or rejecting the final products.

- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration and repair.

- Must have quality testing knowledge and should be able to check the quality of the batch produced.

- Prepare technical documents that report the results of their lab work.

Qualification and Skills:

- Bsc / Msc in Chemistry

- Experience in Construction Chemicals / Paints / Cement / Water proofing industry

- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.

- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.

- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.

- Excellent communication and listening skills.

- Positive technical and IT skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
