Role Description The Quality Control Inspector at Bakingo will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of cakes and desserts produced at the Konnagar facility. This full-time, on-site role involves conducting regular inspections of ingredients, production processes, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality and safety standards.

The inspector will document findings, report deviations, and collaborate with production and operations teams to implement corrective actions.



Daily tasks include maintaining quality records, following standard operating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires clear communication with team members to promote consistency, hygiene, and product excellence in every batch.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure products meet defined standards.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Inspection and Quality Management to monitor processes and drive improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to coordinate with production teams and report quality issues.
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing, bakery, or FMCG environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and basic lab or testing procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain detailed documentation, and work in a fast-paced, production-driven setting.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field preferred with 1-2 Years experience
