Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead / QA Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Quality Assurance and Software Testing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, deep expertise across manual and automation testing, and a proven track record of owning release quality across multiple products and projects.

The role will be responsible for establishing robust QA processes, driving quality improvements, managing QA teams, and providing final QA sign-off for releases. The candidate should have the authority, technical expertise, and decision-making maturity to identify quality risks, challenge release readiness, and work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant IT QA/Software Testing experience, with strong QA leadership exposure.




- Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams across multiple products/projects.
- Strong expertise in Manual, Automation, API, Web and Mobile Application testing.
- Complete ownership of release quality and QA sign-off, including the ability to hold/reject releases where quality standards are not met.
- Strong experience in defining and implementing QA SOPs, testing processes, quality gates, RCA/CAPA and preventive controls.
- Ability to identify recurring quality gaps and drive process and automation improvements.
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum, Jira, UAT and production release cycles.
- Ability to define and monitor QA KPIs, defect trends, release quality metrics and team performance.
- Strong technical understanding, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the maturity to work directly with senior management.
