We are looking for a QA Intern who enjoys finding issues before customers do and has a strong eye for detail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable testing web applications, validating new features, and helping ensure a high-quality product experience while collaborating remotely with our team.

Our platform helps customers create databases, monitor their health, manage backups, and operate infrastructure with confidence. As a QA intern, you'll help make sure every feature works as expected before it reaches customers. You'll test current releases, identify bugs, verify fixes, and help improve the overall quality of the product.

Everything you find gets reviewed, and the bugs you catch help prevent real customer issues. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product teams to understand how features are built and how quality is maintained throughout the development process. What you'll do:

- Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the platform.
- Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user flows.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Perform regression testing before releases.
- Validate UI, functionality, and usability across different devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and verify fixes.
- Participate in product discussions and provide quality-focused feedback.
- Help improve testing processes, documentation, and quality standards.

You will be a fit if:

- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how software works.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
- Familiarity with web applications and modern SaaS products.
- Ability to write clear bug reports and communicate issues effectively.
- Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and defect tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

- Familiarity with browser developer tools.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser testing.
