Job Requirements

• Regional Quality Governance: Drive, manage, and govern comprehensive end-to-end Quality Assurance activities across the West and North regions (Ahmedabad, Rajasthan, Saurashtra, and Delhi NCR).

• Vendor Quality & Product Auditing: Spearhead daily product quality audits and proactive vendor performance management across all partner manufacturing units to uphold brand excellence.

• Multi-Category Product Stewardship: Ensure uncompromising aesthetic, dimensional, purity, and structural quality across Plain Gold (Handmade & Machine-Made / MM), Plain Jewellery with Stones (PJWS), and Kundan / Polki categories.

• Quality at Source & Karigar Capability: Establish, institutionalize, and educate karigars (craftsmen) and manufacturers on standardized Quality Processes directly at the workbench and manufacturing floor.

• Leadership & Regional Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build the regional Qc/QA team, establishing operational benchmarks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regular audit plan.

• Boutique Query Resolution & Technical Support: Act as the primary source for the region to resolve technical and product-related quality queries from retail boutiques.

• Market Return Reduction & Continuous Improvement: Substantially minimize Customer Returns and Boutique (BTQ) Returns through root-cause analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and structured product engineering.





• Regional Profitability & Value Enhancement: Drive profitable gold jewellery manufacturing and category improvements with light weight jewellery and implementation of the WBQness in Handmade and Kundan category.

Work Experience

Educational Qualification

• Required: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Jewellery Design & Technology, or Quality Engineering.

Relevant Work Experience

• Total Experience: 5 to 10 years of intensive, proven experience in Jewellery Quality Assurance, Operations, or Manufacturing / Sourcing.

• Category Expertise: Deep manufacturing exposure in Casting, Handmade Jewellery, Machine-Made (MM), Plain Jewellery with Stones (PJWS), and Kundan / Polki categories.

• Technical Mastery: In-depth expertise in Product Inspection protocols, non-destructive testing (NDT), XRF gold purity analysis, fire assay, and defect characterization.

Technical & Functional Knowledge

• Product & Metallurgy: Gold metallurgy, alloy formulations, karatage standards, melting/casting dynamics, soldering chemistry, and Polki setting methodologies.

• Process Engineering & Lean: Lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, SQA / Green Channel frameworks).

• Software & Reporting: High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for data analytics, PowerPoint for executive presentations).
