Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 1–5 years of relevant experience in Manual & Automation Testing. The role involves Web Application Testing, Database Testing, SQL, REST API Testing, Automation Testing, troubleshooting, and application/production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
- Design, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.
- Perform Database Testing and data validation using SQL — mandatory.
- Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency between applications and databases.
- Perform REST API testing and validate API responses and database data.
- Troubleshoot application issues using SQL, logs, APIs, and browser developer tools.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
- Manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
- Support production releases and post-deployment validation.
- Communicate with clients and provide clear technical updates.
- Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Work effectively across multiple tasks and priorities.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts and support production issues when required.

Required Skills:

- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing
- Strong SQL & Database Testing experience — mandatory
- Strong Web Application Testing experience
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API Testing
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with document management or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments
- Exposure to ETL/Data Validation Testing
- Experience with CI/CD and automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Azure/AWS environments
- ISTQB Certification is an advantage
- eDiscovery domain experience is an advantage

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–5 years of relevant QA experience
