- To check the quality of the material that comes from inward.
- To ensure stage wise inspection as per QAP/MPP is being done in routine and product does not proceed for the next stage till inspection for particular stage gets completed.
- Submit weekly inspection data of parts to the store and assembly team.
- Provide monthly vendor rating data to the purchase team to reduce rejection as well
waste of time.
- Carry inspection of spares parts of the machine and dispatch only quality done parts to the customer as per requirement.
- To ensure Calibration, validation Preventive maintenance of machines as per plan Checklists.
- Receive Drawing from design department and study it.
- To check Calibration and validation of equipment's used for Inspection, Welding, and Calibration etc.
- To maintain rejection report of rejected material.
- To tag rejected material & store in rejected area.
- To review supplier supplied inspection test report and material test certificate & store it.
- To make first piece inspection & trial report of every recent supplier and product & evaluate its working and performance.
- To calibrate all measuring and monitoring instruments as per ISO guideline & maintain it.
- To prepare and maintain documentation of QA/QC department according to ISO standard.
- To solve customer complain through various kind of Quality Tools.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate having work experience in Pharma Machine Manufacturing will be prefered
- Cadidate having documentation experience in QA will be prefered
