Role Summary:

Looking for a QA Engineer with strong CRM testing + automation experience. The person should be able to independently handle functional testing of CRM applications and work on UI automation, API testing, database validation, and CI/CD .

Technical Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant QA/testing experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on automation experience.
- Hands-on CRM testing experience .
- Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar .
- Strong Selenium or Playwright experience.
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python .
- Experience with API testing/automation .
- Good SQL/database validation skills.
- Experience with Git .
- Exposure to Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI or similar CI/CD tools .
- Experience with JIRA and test management tools.
- Valuable understanding of QA processes, SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum .

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirements, user stories, and CRM workflows .
- Create test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test plans.




- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing .
- Test CRM modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Campaigns, Users/Roles, and workflows.
- Test business rules, approvals, triggers, notifications, and role-based access .
- Perform API testing and validate CRM integrations.
- Validate backend data using SQL/database queries.
- Log, track, and troubleshoot defects using JIRA.
- Perform root-cause analysis with developers.
- Develop and maintain UI automation using Selenium/Playwright.
- Work on API automation using Rest Assured/Postman/Karate or equivalent.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines .
- Support regression testing and release sign-off.
- Improve automation coverage and testing processes.
