About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst Intern to join our Data Quality team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of property listings on our real estate CRM platform. As listings are added at scale by agents, brokers, and data-entry teams, your job is to systematically review these entries for correctness, consistency, and completeness — helping ensure our platform remains a trustworthy source of property information for end users.

Responsibilities

- Review large volumes of property listings entered into the CRM for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal data standards
- Cross-verify listing details (price, location, area/sq. ft., amenities, images, ownership type, RERA/legal info, etc.) against source documents or agent-submitted data
- Flag duplicate, incomplete, mismatched, or suspicious listings for correction or removal
- Identify patterns of recurring errors and report them to the team lead for process improvement
- Maintain a log/tracker of reviewed listings, errors found, and resolutions
- Collaborate with sales/listing teams to clarify discrepancies and get corrections made promptly




- Support in defining or refining QA checklists and SOPs for listing verification
- Assist in spot-checking listings post-correction to confirm fixes were applied correctly
- Generate periodic quality reports (e.g., error rate %, turnaround time, category-wise issues) for management review

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (preference for Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or related fields)
- Solid attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing large datasets
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) — filters, pivot tables, basic formulas
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (prior exposure is a plus, not mandatory)
- Good written communication skills to document issues clearly
- Ability to work independently on repetitive, high-volume tasks without losing accuracy
- Analytical mindset — comfortable spotting patterns and inconsistencies in data
- Basic familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus (not required)
