We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst with experience in the International Banking/BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality management processes, transaction monitoring, and expertise in 7 QC Tools. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, process adherence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits and evaluate banking operations, customer interactions, and transaction processes.
- Monitor process compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Utilize 7 QC Tools (Pareto Chart, Cause & Effect Diagram, Check Sheets, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams, Control Charts, and Flowcharts) to perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements.
- Prepare and present quality reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations, training, and process teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct calibration sessions and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and organizational quality standards.
- Support process improvement projects and quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in client reviews and quality governance meetings.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree Any
- 2-7 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in the International Banking/BFSI domain.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, KYC, AML, and customer service processes.
- Hands-on experience with 7 QC Tools and quality improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality frameworks, process improvement techniques, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and quality reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Yellow Belt certification.
- Experience in international banking operations, retail banking, commercial banking, or back-office banking processes.
- Exposure to process improvement and quality management systems.
