We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong automation testing experience, programming knowledge, and an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.

- Create and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.

- Review business and functional requirements and develop comprehensive test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve quality issues.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Generate test reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Continuously improve test processes, frameworks, and automation coverage.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Automation Testing.





- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.

- Programming knowledge in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.

- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in software testing and automation engineering.

- ISTQB certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

- Experience in DevOps and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
