As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions handled by the domestic telesales team. The role will focus on ensuring adherence to defined quality standards, sales processes, communication guidelines and customer handling practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate outbound sales calls to assess call quality and process adherence.
- Conduct regular call audits based on defined quality parameters and scorecards.
- Evaluate sales executives on communication skills, product knowledge, customer handling and sales pitch.
- Identify process gaps, deviations and areas of improvement through call monitoring.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales executives and highlight areas requiring improvement.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to improve overall call quality and sales performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Track quality scores and identify recurring issues across the telesales team.
- Ensure adherence to call opening, probing, product pitching, objection handling, closing and compliance guidelines.
- Identify critical errors and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Participate in calibration sessions with the Quality and Operations teams.
- Support training and coaching initiatives based on quality findings.
- Maintain proper documentation of audit observations and feedback.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, processes and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in a Domestic Outbound Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales process.
- Candidates should preferably have experience with a reputed BPO or product-based organization.
- Strong understanding of domestic telesales processes and call quality parameters.
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in sales conversations and provide actionable feedback.
- Good knowledge of call monitoring, auditing, quality scorecards and reporting.
- Candidates who have handled high-volume outbound sales processes will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and with 6-day working schedules.
- Immediate or short notice candidates may be preferred.
