Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer to handle quantity surveying, client billing, quantity estimation, and cost-related activities for construction/infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, rate analysis, and client bills.
- Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Verify measurements and quantities with site execution teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for billing and quantity-related matters.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations.
- Prepare Material Reconciliation Statements (MRS) and quantity reconciliation.
- Review work orders, BOQs, drawings, and contract documents.
- Assist in cost estimation, budget monitoring, and cost control.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, approvals, and supporting documents.




- Identify billing discrepancies and ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
- Coordinate with the planning and execution teams to track project progress and billing.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Good understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis, RA Bills, Measurements and Quantity Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of construction/infrastructure project billing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing/QS software.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Eligibility

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Construction / Infrastructure projects.
- Candidates with strong experience in client billing and quantity surveying will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
