Job Summary

We are looking for a QS & Billing Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the construction/real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, preparation and verification of bills, BOQ management, and coordination with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA bills, contractor bills, and client bills.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity measurements and verify work executed at site.
- Prepare rate analysis and assist in cost estimation.
- Check contractor measurements and ensure accuracy of billing.
- Track project quantities, material consumption, and variations.
- Identify and monitor variations, extra items, and deviations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, bills,



and supporting records.
- Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.
- Ensure billing activities are completed accurately and within timelines.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QS & Billing Engineer.
- Experience in real estate/construction projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, rate analysis, and measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams.
