- QHSE Executive (Work safety )

1. HSE Manager will be responsible for all his team members task.

2. Coordinate with Facility Manger and other team members to ensure implementation of QHSEE programs.

3. Guide operations teams and HCL on any changed legislative requirements to enable them to plan for continued on legal compliance.

4. Fulfill the Operational Audits and Compliance requirement and closure of audit finding.

5. The person have to provide leadership on QHSEE matters for the site team.

6. Track and help to achieve HCL sustainable goals.

7. Make roadmap/plan to meet target time line.

8. Drive the QHSEE compliance program in the facility.

9. Prepare HSE reports and statistical information for Management

10. Support the FM for the MMR and QBR with reports, action taken, NC status, pending task, challenges, training required etc.

Conducting trainnig to current joinee and existing IFMS staff for regualr and any current issues on regualar 52 weeks training calender and ASWR
12. review and support the objective and target list and support w.r.t. QHSE

13. Taken spacial care on confined space works, haz works activities, HCL mock drill, evacualtion drills, incidents etc

14. Quantification of GRI & KRI data, tracking and maintaining all the relevant artifacts and handling ESG in line with organization requirement.

15. Preparation of ISO documents, keep upto date and review peridically, handling of External and Internal audit.

16. Compliance valuation of applicable and other requirement, ensure regulatory requirement compliance at site with proper tracking and inform organization about any amenedement/new requirement in compliances.
