Position :- QHSE Executive (Work safety )

- HSE Manager will be responsible for all his team members task.
- Coordinate with Facility Manger and other team members to ensure implementation of QHSEE programs.
- Guide operations teams and HCL on any changed legislative requirements to enable them to plan for continued on legal compliance.
- Fulfill the Operational Audits and Compliance requirement and closure of audit finding.
- The person have to provide leadership on QHSEE matters for the site team.
- Track and help to achieve HCL sustainable goals.
- Make roadmap/plan to meet target time line.
- Drive the QHSEE compliance program in the facility.
- Prepare HSE reports and statistical information for Management
- Support the FM for the MMR and QBR with reports, action taken, NC status, pending task, challenges, training required etc.




- Conducting trainnig to new joinee and existing IFMS staff for regualr and any current issues on regualar 52 weeks training calender and ASWR
- review and support the objective and target list and support w.r.t. QHSE
- Taken spacial care on confined space works, haz works activities, HCL mock drill, evacualtion drills, incidents etc
- Quantification of GRI & KRI data, tracking and maintaining all the relevant artifacts and handling ESG in line with organization requirement.
- Preparation of ISO documents, keep upto date and review peridically, handling of External and Internal audit.
- Compliance valuation of applicable and other requirement, ensure regulatory requirement compliance at site with proper tracking and inform organization about any amenedement/recent requirement in compliances.
