- Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.

- Conduct testing of liquid oral formulations, including syrups, suspensions, solutions, and other oral liquid dosage forms.

- Perform routine analysis as per approved STP, specifications, pharmacopoeial methods, and validated analytical procedures.

- Handle laboratory instruments such as:

- pH Meter

- UV-Visible Spectrophotometer

- HPLC,

- Analytical Balance

- Viscometer

- Dissolution/Disintegration equipment, where applicable

- Other routine QC laboratory instruments

- Perform physical and chemical testing such as appearance, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, assay, related substances, identification, microbial-related tests, and other applicable parameters.

- Ensure proper sampling, labeling, storage, and handling of QC samples.

- Prepare and maintain analytical worksheets, test reports, logbooks, raw data, and other QC documentation.





- Follow ALCOA+ data integrity principles and ensure accurate and contemporaneous recording of laboratory data.

- Assist in investigation of OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory incidents.

- Participate in CAPA, change control, and laboratory investigation activities as assigned.

- Perform calibration and routine verification of laboratory instruments as per approved procedures.

- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping practices.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Support method verification/validation, analytical transfer, and stability studies as required.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, and other relevant departments for QC-related activities.

- Ensure timely completion of testing and submission of analytical results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
