Role Description The QFS Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Unjha, responsible for supporting Quality, Food Safety, and related compliance activities within the facility. In this role, the QFS Executive monitors production processes, conducts routine quality checks, and ensures adherence to internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

The position involves maintaining documentation, assisting in audits, and supporting implementation of QFS policies and procedures across operations. The QFS Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities, drive corrective and preventive actions, and promote continuous improvement in product quality and safety.



This role also contributes to training and awareness initiatives to ensure all team members follow QFS guidelines.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSC), and regulatory compliance in food or ingredient manufacturing.
- Experience with process monitoring, inspection, and testing methods, including documentation, data recording, and root-cause analysis for non-conformities.
- Ability to support internal and external audits, maintain QFS records, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to prepare explicit reports, train colleagues on QFS procedures, and promote a culture of quality and safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a food, spices,ingredient processing environment is preferred, especially in quality or food safety roles.
- Willingness to work on-site in Unjha and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing setting with shifting priorities.
