QC Manager FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.

Experience: 812 years in Quality Control, preferably in FMCG/Food/Dairy/Ice Cream manufacturing.

Location - Guwahati ( Rampur )

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall QC activities and QC team.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP & ISO standards.
- Monitor RM, PM, in-process and finished product quality.
- Handle customer complaints, deviations, RCA & CAPA.
- Manage laboratory testing, documentation and audits.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D; and other departments.
- Drive quality improvement and reduce rejection/rework.

Skills: Solid knowledge of Food Safety, QC systems, CAPA, RCA, team management and MS Excel.
