Role Description The QC Inspector role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting furniture products at various stages of production to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications. Daily tasks include conducting visual and dimensional checks, recording inspection results, identifying defects, and coordinating with production teams to address non-conformities.

The role involves monitoring quality processes, supporting quality assurance activities, and helping maintain documentation related to inspections and quality reports.



The QC Inspector also communicates findings to supervisors and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Inspection skills, including experience in checking materials, components, and finished products.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills, with an understanding of quality standards, procedures, and improvement methods.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to report findings clearly, collaborate with production staff, and support cross-functional coordination.
- Relevant experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or a similar production environment is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings or specifications, and basic knowledge of measurement tools are preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical certificate or diploma in quality, manufacturing, or engineering is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical inspections, and follow safety guidelines in a workshop or factory setting.
