Job Summary

We are looking for a QC Executive to monitor and maintain the quality of recycled plastic materials and finished products. The role involves raw-material inspection, process quality monitoring, testing, documentation, and ensuring that products meet defined quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming plastic scrap, recycled materials, additives, and other raw materials as per specifications.
- Check segregation and contamination levels of plastic scrap.
- Monitor production processes such as sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, pelletizing, and packing.
- Conduct quality checks on recycled plastic flakes, regrind, granules, and finished products.
- Perform/coordinate tests such as:
- MFI/MFR
- Moisture content
- Ash content
- Density
- Color and appearance
- Contamination
- Bulk density
- Tensile/impact properties, where applicable
- Maintain batch-wise inspection and test records.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports, test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Monitor customer specifications and ensure production batches comply with agreed requirements.
- Maintain calibration records for laboratory and measuring equipment.
- Support internal and external quality audits.




- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and assist in root-cause analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure proper identification, traceability, and segregation of rejected/non-conforming material.
- Follow company safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Maintain 5S and good housekeeping in the QC/laboratory area.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of plastic polymers such as PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PET, ABS, and PS.
- Understanding of plastic recycling and extrusion processes.
- Knowledge of QC inspection and laboratory testing methods.
- Basic knowledge of 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, NCR, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to maintain quality records and prepare reports.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Plastics Technology, Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
