We are looking for a Quality Control & Product Development Executive to support quality control, testing, colour matching, and recent product development activities. The candidate will be responsible for testing plastic and pigment properties, maintaining quality standards, supporting product development, and ensuring products meet specified requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing and evaluation of plastic materials, pigments, and related packaging materials.
- Perform colour matching using a Benchtop Spectrophotometer and analyse colour effects.
- Test plastic properties, flowability, and pigment properties as per defined specifications.
- Support new product development activities based on customer and business requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for product development and quality-related activities.
- Ensure that products meet defined quality specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures and documentation.
- Support procurement and product development processes.
- Monitor and maintain stock and inventory related to materials and testing requirements.
- Prepare quality reports, test reports, dashboards, and other documentation.
- Identify quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records of testing and quality parameters.
- Follow Total Quality Management principles and established quality procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of product development and quality activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plastic product testing and plastic properties.
- Knowledge of pigment testing and colour matching.
- Hands-on experience with Benchtop Spectrophotometer will be preferred.
- Understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management principles.
- Understanding of product development processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
