QC/QA Engineer

Location: Shillong, Meghalaya

Experience: 7–10 Years

Mandatory: 4+ Years in QC/QA + PMC Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor QA/QC activities as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, Method Statements, and applicable standards/codes.
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and ongoing works.
- Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
- Identify and report NCRs/non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions and closure.
- Conduct site inspections and support quality audits.
- Ensure proper testing, documentation, and compliance with project quality requirements.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 7–10 years of overall experience, with 4+ years in QC/QA – mandatory.
- PMC experience – preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspections, NCR/CAPA, testing, and documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
