Role Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Application Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Robust understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience planning and executing end-to-end system and application testing.
- Ability to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Experience designing, implementing, and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks, automation script development, execution, and reporting.
- Experience defining regression testing strategies to maximize test coverage and minimize project risk.
- Ability to provide test estimates, support project planning, and meet delivery timelines.
- Experience participating in project activities from requirements gathering through release.
- Experience collaborating with automation teams to expand and improve automated test suites.
- Experience creating, reviewing, and executing test scripts based on business and system requirements.
- Strong experience performing Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Tablet applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.




- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into continuous delivery processes.
- Strong experience with defect management, root cause analysis, defect validation, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience identifying knowledge gaps, supporting team training, and mentoring new QA team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, domain experts, developers, and product teams.
- Experience creating and maintaining QA documentation, including test plans, execution reports, incident reports, and QA metrics.
- Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and release validation.
- Experience supporting production deployments and post-release validation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager (MTM), HP Quality Center, or similar ALM tools.
- Experience using UiPath or similar automation tools.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms.
- Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery models.
- Experience in Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking Operations, and SaaS environments is preferred.
- Experience working with iterative, non-iterative, and hybrid SDLC models.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to provide production support and participate in continuous learning of emerging QA technologies.
