QA/QE Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced QA/QE Project Manager with 13–17 years of experience in managing QA/QE projects, delivery governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of QA/QE projects, ensuring quality, timelines, scope, and budget adherence.
- Drive delivery governance, project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication, including escalations and governance reviews.
- Plan and optimize resources, capacity, and team utilization.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Provide QA/QE leadership and drive quality, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage distributed QA/QE teams.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS,



KPIs, and management reports.

Essential skills

Required Skills

- 13–17 years of experience in QA/QE, Software Testing, or IT Delivery.
- Strong experience in QA/QE Project Management and Delivery Management.
- Experience managing large/distributed QA/QE teams.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, testing methodologies, Agile, automation, and contemporary QE practices.
- Excellent stakeholder, client, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Power BI is preferred.
- Retail Ecommerce Domain experience will be an added advantage.
