- Lead the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, defect management, release validation, and production readiness.

- Identify and manage quality risks, dependencies, release blockers, and delivery risks.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, API, UI, database, ETL, BI, web, desktop, mobile, and end-to-end testing.

- Define and drive scalable test automation strategies across UI, API, mobile, database, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automation using Java, C#, Python, Selenium, Playwright, TypeScript, Appium, REST Assured, and Cucumber.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage, reliability, execution time, and maintainability.
- Lead testing across REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Microservices, Web,



Windows/Desktop, and Mobile applications.
- Lead database, SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, data pipeline, and data integration testing.
- Validate source-to-target mappings, transformations, business rules, reconciliation, data integrity, and completeness.
- Lead testing of Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, semantic models, DAX, KPIs, filters, refreshes, and RLS.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows, and analytics workloads, and validate end-to-end data flows from ETL/ELT through semantic models and Power BI.
- Define and drive performance, load, stress, scalability, reliability, and security testing.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Database teams for resolution.
- Work with JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, Grafana, Azure Load Testing, OWASP ZAP, and Burp Suite.
- Support OWASP-based security testing, API security, authentication, authorization, vulnerability testing, and DevSecOps practices.
- Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI across test case/scenario generation, test data generation, automation code generation, defect analysis, root-cause analysis, test maintenance, and reporting.
- Explore Agentic AI for autonomous and semi-autonomous testing workflows while ensuring human review, validation, security, and governance.




- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other emerging AI technologies to improve automation development, debugging, code quality, documentation, and productivity.
- Guide QA engineers in using AI tools to generate, review, refactor, and maintain automation scripts and test assets.
- Lead UiPath RPA and intelligent automation initiatives, including identifying repetitive QA and business processes suitable for automation.
- Utilize UiPath Autopilot, Agentic AI, RPA, and AI-assisted automation to improve productivity and establish standards for RPA development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Establish QA KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and reporting covering test coverage, automation coverage, defect trends, leakage, aging, release quality, and automation stability.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), support Orthogonal Defect Classification (ODC) where applicable, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, DevOps, Business teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Maintain strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test strategy, estimation, risk management, defect management, and release management.
- Demonstrate robust leadership, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB/ISTQB Advanced Level, CSM/PSM, UiPath, Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, Cloud/DevOps, or AI/Generative AI are preferred.
