Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA Engineer role based in Nagpur. The QA Engineer will design, document, and execute test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual testing across different platforms, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. The role involves maintaining test documentation, participating in test planning, and contributing to the improvement of quality assurance processes and standards.



The QA Engineer will also support regression testing, monitor defect trends, and help ensure timely, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

- Strong test execution skills, including planning, running, and documenting test activities.
- Experience in quality assurance methodologies and best practices, with a focus on process-oriented QA.
- Hands-on manual testing experience across web or mobile applications.
- Ability to design, write, and maintain clear and comprehensive test cases.
- Practical knowledge of software testing concepts, defect life cycle, and regression testing.
- Relevant skills such as basic understanding of SDLC, familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira), and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and contribute in a team-oriented setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
