We are looking for a QA Engineer who understands how product features work together and can test an application from both a functional and user perspective.

We are not looking for someone who only follows predefined test cases.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, product workflows, feature dependencies, data flow, and complete user journeys and identify what could break when a new feature or change is introduced.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements, business logic, and feature workflows.
- Identify how different modules and features are connected.
- Understand how data should flow between different features and modules.
- Create and execute test cases for new and existing features.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing.
- Verify that changes in one feature do not negatively affect related features.
- Test complete user journeys and real-world scenarios.
- Identify missing requirements, edge cases, unexpected scenarios, and usability issues.
- Document bugs clearly with:
- Steps to reproduce
- Expected behavior
- Actual behavior
- Screenshots/videos where required
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand and resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes and deployments.
- Maintain QA documentation, test cases, checklists, and regression suites.
- Test applications across different browsers, screen sizes, devices, and environments when required.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/software testing.
- Solid understanding of web application testing and product workflows.
- Ability to understand how multiple features/modules interact with each other.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think beyond predefined test cases.
- Strong understanding of user journeys and business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing




- Integration Testing
- End-to-End Testing
- UI Testing
- Ability to identify edge cases and unexpected scenarios.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Experience working with developers and product managers.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, browser DevTools, and network requests is a plus.

Key Requirement We are looking for someone who doesn't just ask:

"Does this feature work?"

You should be able to think:

"How should this feature work? What other features should it connect with? What data should flow between them? What happens to existing users? What could break because of this change?"

Example

If a developer changes the checkout process, we expect the QA engineer to think beyond checking whether the checkout button works.
