Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
- Create, execute, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Perform Device Testing for hardware-software integrated products, validating device functionality, performance, reliability, and stability.
- Develop and execute API Test Automation for RESTful and SOAP-based APIs.
- Analyze API requests, responses, logs, and failures to identify root causes and troubleshoot defects.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA Teams, and Product Stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery.
- Participate in test planning, test estimation, test execution, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare test reports and provide quality metrics and testing insights to stakeholders.

Core Skills




- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
- Strong experience in API Testing and Automation, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Hands-on experience in Device Testing and validation of hardware-integrated systems.
- Good understanding of test automation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Technical Skills
- API Automation Tools: Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, communication protocols, and device communication.
- Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub for source control and version management.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated test integration.
