Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Trainer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Python

Trainer will design and deliver structured Python training programs for learners at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and learning materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, demonstrating coding concepts through live examples, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and exercises. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations, providing feedback and mentoring, and updating course content to align with industry trends and best practices.

The Python

Trainer will collaborate with the academic and technology teams to ensure training quality, support batch scheduling, and contribute to continuous improvement of MindBrain’s educational offerings.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Python programming skills, including core syntax, data structures, OOP, error handling, and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or similar.
- Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional delivery, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a transparent, structured manner.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with software development practices such as version control (e.g., Git), debugging, testing, and working with IDEs or code editors.
- Candidates should possess classroom management and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse learners, handle questions, and guide hands-on coding sessions.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written documentation skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Python development and training.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, mentor, or corporate trainer in Python or related technologies is highly beneficial.
- Exposure to web development (e.g., Django, Flask), data analysis, or automation using Python, and familiarity with industry use cases will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, maintain punctuality and professionalism, and adapt training methods based on learner feedback and organizational needs
