Role Description The Python Fullstack Trainer with DSA & System Design will deliver in-person training sessions at the College campus, accross Karnataka on a contract basis, focusing on Python, fullstack development, data structures and algorithms, and system design concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures, designing and updating curriculum materials, creating coding exercises and projects, and conducting assessments and code reviews. The trainer will mentor learners through doubt-clearing sessions, provide structured feedback on performance, and guide them in interview preparation and problem-solving techniques.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine course content, aligning training with industry standards,



and tracking learner progress to ensure job readiness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to break down complex technical concepts into understandable modules.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and learner engagement in an on-site classroom setting.
- Candidates should possess Training and Training & Development skills, including experience designing curricula, delivering sessions, and evaluating learner outcomes.
- Candidates with experience in structured, disciplined environments such as Military or similar settings are encouraged to apply for their strength in rigor, discipline, and mentorship.
- Solid hands-on experience in Python, backend and frontend frameworks (e.g., Django/Flask, React/Angular), and RESTful APIs.
- Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms and practical system design principles, preferably with experience preparing learners for technical interviews.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or mentor in a bootcamp, college, or corporate training setting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple cohorts while maintaining high-quality instruction.
