About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Trainer – Python Full Stack & Generative AI to join its AI First Academy. The role involves delivering high-quality technical training to college students and developing their practical skills in Python, Full Stack Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI.

The candidate will be responsible for classroom training, hands-on labs, project mentoring, assessments and development of training content.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Python Programming, Full Stack Development, AI, ML, Data Science and Generative AI.
- Design and deliver structured learning programmes for beginner and intermediate-level learners.
- Develop course content, presentations, hands-on labs, projects, capstone projects and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, live coding, case studies and demonstrations.
- Mentor students on real-world projects and problem-solving.
- Evaluate assignments, projects and examinations and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions for students.
- Guide students on platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment and learning-progress records.
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI tools.
- Monitor and manage cloud resources and LLM usage for student projects.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in AI, Generative AI and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders to improve curriculum and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in technical training and/or industry experience in Python Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI and Django or Single Page Application development.




- Experience in Generative AI / AI-native application development.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG, Agentic AI and MCP concepts.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Data Science and Generative AI models.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS / SQL databases.
- Understanding of System Design, Design Principles and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and any modern frontend framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
- Experience in cloud-native application development, deployment and cloud resource management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Experience creating training materials, labs, projects and assessments.

Good to Have
- Experience working in a technology services or product-based company.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Industry experience in AI/ML, Data Science or Generative AI.
- AI/ML certifications such as Google AI, DeepLearning.AI or Microsoft Azure AI.
- Experience in technical blogging, research papers, publications or conference presentations.
- Experience working with college students, fresh graduates or academic institutions.
