Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Python, backend development, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Design and optimize database queries using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
- Implement unit and integration testing using PyTest or unittest.
- Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.




- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
- Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and microservices.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and preferably NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with Git and software development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Celery, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience developing event-driven or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-processing pipelines.
