Job Summary

We are looking for a Python Backend Developer – AI/ML & GenAI who can work across both backend engineering and AI/ML development. The role will involve building scalable Python backend services while developing and deploying AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, OCR, and Document Intelligence solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and reliable backend applications using Python, FastAPI/Django.
- Build APIs, integrations, database solutions, and backend services.
- Develop and implement AI/ML and Deep Learning models for business use cases.
- Work with LLMs, GenAI, LangChain, RAG, OCR, and Document Intelligence.
- Design and develop AI-powered features and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build production-ready AI/ML applications and integrate them with backend systems.




- Work with SQL databases and external/internal APIs.
- Develop document processing, extraction, classification, and intelligent search solutions.
- Optimize AI/ML solutions for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and other technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Python Backend and AI/ML/GenAI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI/Django, REST APIs, SQL, and integrations.
- Practical experience with AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, and GenAI.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, LangChain, OCR, and Document Intelligence.
- Experience developing and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and API development.
- Experience with Git, Docker, cloud platforms, or deployment practices is an advantage.

Preferred Profile Candidates with a robust combination of Python Backend + AI/ML + GenAI experience will be preferred. The role is not purely backend or purely AI/ML; candidates should be comfortable working across both areas.
